The first 365 days of becoming a Travel Advisor can be daunting, confusing, and challenging. They’re also some of the most crucial, fundamental days of your career. This is the time to build a solid foundation for your future!
In my career, I trained and mentored multiple new-to-industry advisors and helped to launch them into successful careers. Of the Travel Advisors I mentored as an agency owner, I had a 91% success rate of Advisors thriving beyond their first year following my training program. And, I had a pretty successful career myself! I grew a small list of clients to an overflowing book of business which included VIP / Celebrity names, was featured in media outlets like Buzzfeed, Forbes, Travel Pulse and more.
